Beginner Strenth & Conditioning (Express)



New to exercise or been away for a while? This is the class for you! You will use weights, balls, bands, and bars to slowly learn proper form and technique, and work all the major muscle groups from head to toe. This is the perfect class if you are just starting to work out, are looking for low-impact, or just want to move at a slower pace with a little more guidance. All exerises in this class can be easily modified to accomodate your fitness level and needs.


  • Thursdays- 12:05-12:35pm at CSB Aerobics Studio and
  • Mondays and Wednesdays 11:20-11:50 at SJU McNeeley Spectrum
