Health At Work
Who We Are
Health at Work is a series of health-related classes and activities offered on the campuses of CSB and SJU. Courses are offered by trained instructors and are available during a variety of days and times on either campus.
Health at Work courses and activities are intended to provide opportunties for all members of the community to stay healthy and find enjoyable ways to stay fit. Our goal is to encourage healthy lifestyles in a way that is fun, challenging, and supportive. Classes can be tailored to your own individual needs and serve a wide variety of skill and fitness levels.
