  • Virtual Drop-In Advising with CGE Program Manager: Interested in studying abroad and not sure where to start? The study abroad process can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Connect on Zoom with a CGE staff program manager to get your questions answered about programs or the semester application process.
  • Study Abroad Ambassador Panel - Ask Me Anything: Gather with us for a special, interactive panel discussion with Study Abroad Ambassadors: This Zoom session will be a chance to ask questions of and hear directly from students about their time abroad.
  • XPD - Resume Workshop: Remotely join the XPD Career Ambassador Zoom room to learn how to write a strong resume for your study abroad application. XPD CAs will be presenting on tips for how to format your resume, what experiences to include and how to organize them, as well as how to write strong skill phrases and bullet points that best showcase your skills and accomplishments.
  • Community Engagement Day: Storytelling Event : The Center for Global Education would like to invite to you to Stories from Abroad. Stories from Abroad will feature stories from students who studied abroad in 2019-2020 as well as stories from who are abroad here at CSB/SJU. As we continue to mask up and maintain distance, this is an opportunity to share with and listen to others in our community in a way that is not happening as organically as it has in the past.
  • Navigating Identity & Diversity While Abroad: During this interactive student panel, previous study abroad participants will share their experiences of being BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ individuals abroad. Student panelist will be speaking about their time abroad and answer questions. A representative of CGE will also be available to answer logistical questions such as applying, scholarships, grants, and other CGE resources.
