Diversity & Study Abroad
There are many different factors for all students to consider when choosing a study abroad program. All students are encouraged to think seriously about program selection to ensure that academic and personal goals are met and to have a positive experience abroad.
The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University Center for Global Education Abroad is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for our study abroad participants. At any point, you can find a safe space for talking about your study abroad concerns with the CGE Advisors.
- Diversity Issues In Study Abroad The Diversity Issues in Study Abroad booklet is a collection of quotes by Brown University students about their experiences abroad. The quotes were gathered through a survey of study abroad students returning from either spring semester/full year 1999-2000 or fall semester 2000-2001 abroad. The survey directly addressed issues of diversity in study abroad including ethnicity, heritage, sexual orientation, religion, minority/majority issues, physical appearance, and language.
