Updated Cancellation Fee Policy for Spring 2022 Semester Study Abroad Programs
Withdrawal from a study abroad program must be made in writing to the Center for Global Education or by withdrawing here in the CSBSJU-Global Portal. CGE reserves the right to not fill a space resulting from a student's withdrawal.
Refunds for tuition and any recoverable fees on the program site are made to any student who withdraws during the semester abroad by formal written notice according to the general refund policy in the Course Catalog.
UPDATED CANCELLATION FEE POLICY FOR SPRING 2022 PROGRAMS
Student Withdrawal from Program
Cancellation on or before September 30, 2021

Full refund of $300 application fee

No cancellation or unrecoverable fees charged
Cancellation between October 1, 2021 – October 31, 2021

Student is responsible for unrecoverable expenses, up to 50% of the Education Abroad Program Fee

Cancellation between November 1, 2021 – Program Departure
