Our Projects

Alex’s Lemonade Stand

This is the fifth year of Alex’s Lemonade Stand as an Enactus project, and we are excited to see this project grow! This year our focus remains on education of children regarding basic entrepreneurial skills. We aim to equip children with skills that will carry with them through their lifetimes. As a result, these children host lemonade stands in their schools/communities, with all of the proceeds going toward the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.  We have plans to engage CSB/SJU students, as well as community members, in a variety of activities and fundraisers throughout the year to raise awareness about this important foundation. We will top the year off with our annual 5k run fundraiser.

Media Mayhem

Media Mayhem, formerly known as EarHeart, is a project that provides free digital marketing support for local non-profit businesses. Our goal is to drive online engagement for non-profit organizations based on Minnesota, give group members valuable skills to carry into their future, and market Media Mayhem so it will have future success. As a member of Media Mayhem, you will learn how to research businesses, form proposals, and utilize campus resources (professors, programs). We collaborate with successful businesses to host workshops about how to analyze data and evaluate social media performances.

The Collegeville Bar

The Collegeville Bar is a joint project with Enactus and a Global Business Professor, Tim Reardon. The Collegeville Bar, also referred to as the CV Bar, is a healthy granola bar that is vegan and allergen friendly, so it can be enjoyed by all! Beyond just the physical bar, the CV Bar stands for so much more. Our long-term goal is to use the CV bar as a means of teaching youth about entrepreneurship and empowering them to take their future in their own hands. For each sale they make, a portion will go back to their tuition, savings, and to the group that they’re a part of (if applicable).
