The mission of Bennies in Business is to provide Bennies studying business-related fields with the opportunity to network with successful women in the business realm and to grow professionally in a positive environment. This club offers both on campus and off campus events focused on professional development as well as a mentorship program to help Bennies feel prepared to enter the workforce.

The Bennies in Business Mentorship Program facilitates a connection that allows alumnae to share their life and career experiences with a mentee. The program follows the peer mentoring approach and is designed to make networking and mentoring available in a flexible, timely, and customized manner.
