Dr. Stenson’s research interests include: athletic performance and recovery from exercise, sedentary behaviors, and health and wellness of college aged adults.
Dr. Stenson advises students interested in exercise science graduate programs, strength and conditioning, personal training, pre-medicine, and public health.
Mary and her husband, Matt, live in St. Joseph with their two sons.
