Getting the best sleep ever or getting your sleep patterns back on track, could be as simple as practicing breathing techniques on a regular basis (at least daily, preferably twice a day). Breathing affects the rest of your body, so learning how to take control of your breath allows you to change how breathing affects your body. The effect of controlled breathing is that more oxygen enters your body while carbon dioxide goes out. The range of benefits with this includes:
