The cost for an annual permit for the 2015-2016 academic year is $150 (plus tax). Your student account will not be billed for your 2015-2016 permit until late summer (2015).
Except for short term, temporary parking permits, if you purchase a parking permit prior to October 1st you will be required to purchase a permit for the entire academic year. If you leave school for any reason (graduation, withdrawal, study abroad, etc) you are eligible to receive a refund for the unused portion of your permit, but you MUST remove the permit from your vehicle and turn it in to the Security Department to qualify for reimbursement. Reimbursements will be made to your student account - no cash refunds are allowed.
Students living ON CAMPUS will receive their parking permits in their "move-in" packette. Students living OFF CAMPUS and students living on campus who, for some reason, did not receive their permit in their move-in packette may pick up their permit at the Security Office in Mary Hall Commons during normal office hours (8AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday, excluding legal holidays).
Parking permits will NOT be distributed via your campus mail box.
