Parking Permit Payment Form

INSTRUCTIONS:  This form is used by students of the College of Saint Benedict (CSB STUDENTS ONLY) to obtain a parking permit for the entire Academic Year.  The cost for an academic year permit is $150.00.   Spring Semester only permits can be purchased for $75.00 during spring semester.  This form is NOT used for short-term parking (Temporary Permits). If you desire to purchase a Short-Term Parking Permit, please exit out of this form and call Security at 320-363-5000 to receive instructions on how to obtain a short-term permit.

Except for short term, temporary parking permits, if you purchase a parking permit you will be required to purchase a permit for the entire academic year. If you leave school for any reason (graduation, withdrawal, study abroad, etc.) you are eligible to receive a refund for the unused portion of your permit, but you MUST remove the permit from your vehicle and return it to the Security Department to qualify for reimbursement. Reimbursements will be made to your student account - no cash refunds are allowed.
