We hope you had a great summer and cannot wait to see you back on campus for the Fall 2024 semester! 

Important Dates:

What if I Need to Move-In Early?

ALL returning students needing to return to campus prior to August 24 for any reason must submit an Early Arrival Request form. This request must be submitted NO LATER than August 1! Login to your myCSBSJU account to submit the Early Arrival Request form in the Housing Portal. We cannot make any additional early arrival arrangements after that date. You will receive an email response from us letting you know the status of your request and appropriate check-in details.

Early return requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally approved due to distance from campus (coming from four or more hours away), athletics, or other extenuating circumstances.  You are STRONGLY discouraged from arriving to campus prior to Saturday, August 25 as services such as food services, facilities in the Haehn Campus Center, transportation and other amenities will be very limited/closed.
