D’Havian recently graduated last spring, May 2021, from CSB! She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Anthropology and a Psychology minor. While at CSB, she served for three consecutive years in Residential Life as an RA/CA and also did research about Inclusion in Higher Education as well as worked with a variety of nonprofits through Fellowships through CSB. She enjoys working with young adults and helping them to grow and develop into their best selves. D’Havian is a first-generation, international student and loves engaging with students and helping them to find their voice and carve their own paths. In her free time, she enjoys watching musicals, painting, playing the guitar, watching movies, chatting with friends, making fancy dishes and spending time with family and friends.

Gina graduated from CSB in the spring of 2019 with a degree in Nutrition and a minor in Exercise Science and Sports Studies. During her time at CSB she was on the Residential Life staff as an RA/CA for three years and has always been captivated by the wholesome experience of supporting women throughout their college careers. She is excited to be back at her alma mater helping first year students discover their passions, potential and that their voice truly matters in the world. In her free time she enjoys being active outside, making sourdough bread, watching football, drinking coffee and visiting her family and friends

Madelyn Youngs, Brian Hall and Margretta Hall Resident Director:

Maddy graduated from the College of St. Benedict with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and St. Cloud State University with a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration. While at CSB, Maddy worked in the Student Activities and Leadership Development office as the Joint Events Council (JEC) CSB Co-Chair assisting and coordinating on-campus programming and events. As a first-generation college graduate, Maddy is ecstatic to have the opportunity to build relationships, assist students in exploring their passions, and promote opportunities for campus involvement. Maddy enjoys traveling, golfing, playing volleyball with friends, and spending time with her husband, Ben, and her goldendoodle Penelope.

Attina Notch, Associate Director of Residential Life & Housing:

Attina was born and raised a farmhouse near Blooming Prairie, Minnesota; a town only 20 minutes away from the birthplace of SPAM. If that was not exciting enough, she also spent summers in Panama with family eating sancocho. In her years as a higher education professional, Attina has served as a Tutoring & Accessibility Services Coordinator, Otto Bremer Grant Scholarship Coordinator, Director of Grants & Alumni Relations, and even a Hall Director. With this diverse set of experiences, Attina plans to serve as an exceptional steward of resources and enhance the housing experience for all residents! Attina received her master’s degree in Higher Education & Administration from St. Cloud State University and her bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Gender, Women’s, and Sexuality Studies from the University of Minnesota, Morris.
