The CSB Events and Conferences Department would like your input and feedback as it is a valuable part of improving our department.

We would appreciate if you would take the time to answer the following questions regarding your experience in planning your recent event and the overall success of the event.


Planning Your Event

During the Event Planning, how quickly did the CSB Events and Conferences Staff respond to your email and voicemails?

Were you or the on-site contact greeted by a member of the CSB Events and Conferences staff at the beginning of your event/meeting?


How did the CSB Events and Conferences staff respond at your event when you requested a change?

Were the arrangments for the room setup, media, and catering for your event correct when you arrived?

If your event had external people attending, did you feel that parking was adequate?
