Fall Internal Events Survey

As a frequent user of the CSB Events and Catering Department your input and feedback are valuable parts of improving our department. We would appreciate if you would take the time to answer the following questions regarding your experience in planning meetings/events on the CSB Campus during the Fall 2019 Academic Year.

Please base your responses on your experiences from August 26, 2019 through December 21, 2019.

Making A Reservation/Scheduling Space

In general, how would you describe the time frame that the Events and Catering Office responds to your emails/voicemails in regards to reserving space?

How would you describe the friendliness of the Events and Catering Staff when communicating over the phone?

After making a reservation with CSB Events and Catering, do you receive an emailed confirmation of the reservation?

Approximately how many events/meetings did you plan during the Fall 2019 Academic Year?

Planning Your Event

When planning your event/meeting, do you prefer communication with the Events and Catering Staff by email, phone, or meeting in person?

During the Event Planning, how quickly did the CSB Events and Catering Staff respond to your questions?

Do you find it helpful that you can use the Events and Catering Office as a “One Stop Shop” for planning your setup, media, and catering needs?

Do you find it helpful to receive an updated confirmation which includes your setup, media, and food service information upon ordering?


The Day Of Meeting/Event

Are you or the on-site contact typically greeted by a member of the CSB Events and Catering staff at the beginning of your event/meeting? If your response is no, please comment on the locations your meetings have been held as our staff is not directed to check on events/meetings in all spaces.


When planning an event, are you on-site at the beginning of it?

Were the arrangments for the room setup, media, and catering for your event correct when you arrived?

How did the CSB Events and Catering staff respond at your events when you requested a change?

If any of your events had external people attending, did you feel that parking was adequate?

Did you feel that building and meeting/event signage was adequate?
