Registration Form for Average Joe/Jane Olympics

Average Joe/Jane Olympics will take place on Friday, April 15th from 7-10pm.

Teams consisting of 3 bennies and 3 johnnies for a total of 6 participants

Each team is encouraged to wear a team "uniform" and create a unique team name, best costumes will be awarded a prize at the end of the night.

Registration will end Monday, April 11th at 5pm.
