2 Bennies receive Rotary Scholarships

Andrea Carrow '09 is to receive a 2010-11 Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarship for graduate studies abroad. This $25,000 scholarship will enable Carrow to spend 13 months working on her international master's of business degree at Instituo de Empresa (IE Business School) in Madrid, Spain. IE Business School is considered one of the top 6 business schools in the world by several international journals including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Financial Times.

Anna Schumacher '10 is to receive a 2011-12 scholarship. (She is also one of the first to be inducted into the CSB/SJU Phi Beta Kappa chapter!) With the $26,000 scholarship, Schumacher will study at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, India. Her interests include regional planning and economic development.
