Every time that I think about how I got to CSB, I think it's quite funny. When I was growing up, I always thought that I would follow in the footsteps of my older sisters who graduated from St. Olaf. Little did I know, someday, I was going to be a Bennie.
I had never heard of CSB until my senior year of high school at Park Center Senior High School. It was a Friday night of MEA break, when I was searching for an additional college to apply for. I had been searching schools such as Saint Olaf, and Saint Scholastica; so CSB came up in my search. I checked out the CSB website and realized that there was on-campus tours going on the following day, and there were still openings! I registered that night for an on-campus tour the next day, and it only got better from there.
The CSB admission representatives did such a great job at making me feel welcomed. The representatives made sure that I knew that CSB wanted me to attend the school, and that CSB was a place where I would learn to be the best that I can be, explore the world, and make lifelong friendships. From my very first visit, I felt wanted there. CSB is indeed my second home now.
