I came to Saint Ben's because my older sister raved about her experiences. My older sister has always paved the path for me, and it only felt right to attend and be a part of the Bennie family. I saw her love for Saint Ben's, how active in the community she was and how Saint Ben's shaped her in such a positive way. I knew I wanted to be that same kind of strong female leader, like my sister, so I applied. I could only attend the college because of the generous scholarship donors that support the growth of female leaders. I am a first generation college student who works at the phonathon and am reminded everyday of how lucky I am to attend such a loving college that has such supportive donors. I know I will be come apart of that group the day I graduate.
