Political Science Grad Makes International Impact

Olayemi “Yemi” Fadahunsi ’18 is logging some frequent flier miles—and affecting positive change along the way. She attended the Paris Climate Conference as a sophomore, studied abroad in London as a junior and spent the summer before her senior year as a policy and research intern at Global Witness as part of CSB/SJU’s Washington, D.C. Summer Study Program.

Then she became one of six CSB/SJU students to receive a Fulbright award in 2018, so she packed her bags to fulfill the award as a teacher in Taiwan. Yemi’s next stop? She can envision herself back in D.C., but wherever she lands, she’ll make an impact.
