Alumnae Board Development Committee

The purpose of the Alumnae Board Development Committee is to implement a thorough and representative Alum Board recruitment, training, and management process to ensure an effective, functional alumnae board. Projects include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Solicit nominations and applications for membership on the alumnae board
•Support orientation for new members
•Conduct check-ins with new members, exit interviews with retirees
•Analyze the annual alum board member satisfaction survey
•Monthly Communication and Reporting
