Daily Health Screening

self-screening

Before leaving your residence, all members of the CSB/SJU community (students, faculty and staff) should conduct a daily health check by taking your temperature and assessing symptoms.

Students will be expected to complete a brief health screening that checks for COVID-19 symptoms via a forms manager link sent by email.

If your temperature is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or greater, you should stay home or in your residence hall. If you have any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 or if you believe you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please contact your healthcare provider or the campus health providers.

Students should call 320-363-5370 to speak with an RN to have symptoms triaged. If after hours or the weekend, students can call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200 for triage and possible testing at the St. Cloud testing location. Alternatively, students can self-isolate and call the CSB Health Services RN the next morning or after the weekend.
