Daily Health Screening

self-screening

Before leaving your residence, all members of the CSB/SJU community (students, faculty and staff) should conduct a daily health check by taking your temperature and assessing symptoms.

Students will be expected to complete a brief health screening that checks for COVID-19 symptoms via a forms manager link sent by email.

If your temperature is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or greater, you should stay home or in your residence hall. If you have any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 or if you believe you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please contact your healthcare provider or the campus health providers. They can assess whether you should self-quarantine.

Students should call 320-363-5370 to speak with an RN to have symptoms triaged. After hours and on the weekends, students should call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200 to triage symptoms.
