Facilitated by CSB Health Services, COVID-19 testing will be available to all CSB and SJU students by appointment. Please call 320-363-5370 to speak with an RN to have symptoms triaged. If symptoms are consistent with COVID-19, the student will be scheduled for testing at the appropriate campus location.
After hours and on the weekends, students should call CentraCare Connect at 320-200-3200 to triage symptoms.

COVID-19 Testing – CSB Campus
In front of CSB Health Center, parking lot #6
Monday – Friday
Appointment window: 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Please note, the CentraCare Clinic at Saint John’s will not be offering COVID-19 testing. All information is subject to change and testing hours may be adjusted based on volume. Testing criteria will follow guidance from MDH and CDC.
At time of testing, all students will be asked to complete a HIPPA form that allows us to release test results to Student COVID-19 coordinator. Our Student COVID-19 coordinator will initiate contact tracing and facilitate services for our students (isolation, food, garbage, etc.). If the student being testing is a student-athlete, the form will also allow us to notify the head athletic trainer. If possible, please complete the HIPPA form prior to arriving on campus. Once complete, you can fax to 320-363-6396 or e-mail to [email protected].
Faculty and staff should contact their medical provider for testing.
At this time, MDH and the CDC are not recommending universal asymptomatic testing as a prevention strategy, despite some colleges choosing this route. Testing will be reserved for students who are symptomatic or have known exposure to someone with COVID-19.
Positive Test or Known Exposure
If a student tests positive for COVID-19 at an off-campus testing location, they must notify the Student COVID-19 Coordinator, Lori Klapperich, at 320-363-5753 or [email protected].
Students who test positive for COVID-19 are required to isolate at their permanent residence. If unable to isolate at permanent residence, students will be moved into isolation space on campus.
Students who have recently had close contact with a person with COVID-19 must quarantine (stay in their living quarters and monitor their health). Students may be directed to move to designated quarantine spaces on campus.

CSB Health Services and the CentraCare Clinic at SJU will continue to offer primary and preventative health services to students.
