What extra-curricular activities are you involved in on campus? How has that involvement helped you succeed?

I’m involved in various intramural sports including basketball, volleyball and softball. My involvement in those activities has helped me branch out and gain connections to students at both CSB and SJU in all grades.

What advice would you give to students thinking of majoring/minoring in communication? Or what value do you see in being a communication major at CSB/SJU?

The advice I would give to students thinking of majoring or minoring in communication would be to reach out to as many students and faculty in your classes and on campus. Get involved in LinkedIn early on and gain a point of contact with as many people as you can. The Bennie/Johnnie connection with alumni is incredible!
