1. How much do shirts cost? 

Pricing varies with each order. Generally, the more colors and sides printed, the higher the average cost per shirt will be. Get a quote by filling out our preliminary order form.

2. What is the general process for ordering t-shirts?

This is easy, check out our process page for all the information on a regular order process. 


3. What do you make besides shirts?

In the past, we have printed on sweatshirts, scrubs, and even cloth bags. We are continually testing our capabilities. If you have questions regarding new items, send us an e-mail.

4. Do you offer ethically made shirts? 

We can order American Apparel which is guaranteed sweat shop free and made in the U.S.A.

5. What is screen printing or silk screening?

It is putting a colored ink onto a garment to make the garment look cool. You can reference Wikipedia for a more indepth explaination.

6. How long does it take to complete an order?

A standard order with The T-Spot takes 2 weeks from the time that we receive all of your order information and everything is finalized. Rush orders are available upon request to make things go faster. 

7. Do I need my own artwork?

No. We have a design team that will create, rework, or make any idea that you may have come to life. We want to make ordering apparel easy, especially for a busy student on the go. If you have your own artwork thats great! We can easily have our design team recreate it for the formats we need to print your shirts.  

8. How much will I pay for shipping?

NOTHING! When you order from The T-Spot we deliver the shirts right into your hands to make your life easier. All you have to do is let our sales manager know where to meet up for a drop off and delivery is taken care of. 

9. When/How do I pay?

Once The T-Spot receives your order and you fill out the necessary information we will need to know how you intend to pay. 

You can pay with a club account number, a personal check, or cash.

10. Can you "mix-and-match" colors or garments in one order?

Yes we can! Just make sure to notify our sales manager of this during your order. You may even mention this on the comments section of the order form. 

11. Does The T-Spot give a discount if their logo is placed on the apparel?

Yes, but we will need to see your artwork to see if it will be a good fit for us to put our logo on your shirts. Our goal is to have your shirts look amazing, but if we just slap out T-Spot logo on the back sleeve, it will often make the shirt look cluttered. Contact us to discuss discounts. 

12. Who are our customers?

We do business with anyone who wants shirts!  Our main customers are CSB/SJU students- mainly clubs, organizations, and interests groups on campus.  In addition, we work with professors, advisors, independent groups and have done orders for establishments in the city of St. Joe and also in Mankato, Minnesota.

13. Does the complexity of the design affect the price?

The amount of ink that is used and/or the complexity of the design does not have an impact on the total price estimate.  Our pricing system is based solely on the number of screens used to print a design.
