Teresa Mazzitelli '72

Teresa Mazzitelli grew up in the Red River Valley. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Theatre from the College of Saint Benedict in 1972 and worked for the Guthrie Theatre Foundation while attending graduate school at the University of Minnesota. She began her professional career in human resources, and later joined a Minneapolis search firm where she went on to become the company's Senior Vice President. Teresa has been in the executive search industry since 1976 and has owned her own firm since 1988.

The entrepreneurial flame was ignited in 1988 when Teresa launched The Mazzitelli Group, a retained executive search firm providing professional recruitment services to companies, organizations and institutions. The Mazzitelli Group is grateful for their diverse portfolio of valued clients and proudly celebrates 30-years as a premier boutique search practice.
