Lectio in the Library
Lectio divina is a form of prayerful reading and contemplation that is central to Benedictine life. Whether at Saint Ben’s or Saint John’s a monastic member will lead attendees through this ancient practice of slow, contemplative reading of the Scriptures. This is not Bible study, but a form of personal, prayerful reflection. Please come as often as you would like, even if just once to try it out. Held Thursdays from 12:30-1:00 on both campuses, in Clemens Library room A100, or Alcuin Library room 119.
