CURRENT POSITION:
Team Chief and Program Manager

MILITARY WORK EXPERIENCE:
Twenty three years of service in the U.S. Army with expertise in leadership and operations, planning, command and control, and staff operations. Served as an Infantry Platoon Leader and Reconnaissance Platoon Leader in Viet Nam.  Served in joint and combined headquarters; possesses knowledge of joint and service organizational structures, operations and their maneuver and logistical systems through experience as in staff positions from battalion through Department of Defense. Command through company level and staff experience in operations, plans and policy in every level of headquarters including Office of the Secretary of Defense, a NATO Army Group Headquarters, the U. S. Berlin Command, and at Division, Brigade, and Battalion; instructor and doctrine writer at U.S. Army Command & General Staff College; retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.

CIVILIAN WORK EXPERIENCE:
Eight years Corporate Management Level experience as a program manager and Team Chief identifying, developing and designing simulation supported training for active and reserve component units.  More than seventeen years experience in planning, preparing and executing simulations supported training exercises using the Entity Resolution Federation (ERF), Battalion and Brigade Battle Simulation (BBS), Janus, and Corps Battle Simulation (CBS) models in support of the Battle Command Training Program (BCTP). Primary exercise planner, senior analyst, and Team Chief for more than 180 brigades through corps level seminars and warfighters.
