AIM provides a unique opportunity for first- and second-year Bennies who come from underrepresented backgrounds to connect with older student mentors who share their same identities. We to inspire the racially marginalized women within the program to become local and global leaders by engaging in academic exploration, value-based leadership, and community building.  It is a chance for Bennies to participate in monthly group and one-on-one mentoring sessions for professional and personal development. This experience allows students from underrepresented backgrounds to join a Sisterhood of like-minded women looking to learn more about their identities on campus as well as topics relating to inclusion, equity, and feminism.
