Program Objectives

1. 50 elibible students will be identified and selected to participate in the program annually
2. 100% of the participants will be accessed for academic need and potential and have a Personal Plan developed within one month of acceptance into the program
3. The parents/guardians of 100% of the participants will be contacted by the program staff at least four times a year
4. 80% of the participants will be retained in the program to graduation
5. 75% of the participants at each grade level will maintain academic levels in their schools as follows: 9th grade-2.00, 10th grade-2.25, 11th grade-2.50, 12th grade-2.75
6. 95% of students enrolling in a post-secondary institution will meet all academic entrance requirments for that institution
7. 95% of seniors will graduate from high school
8. 90% of graduating seniors will enroll in a postsecondary program within one year of graduation
9. 95% of eligible students enrolling in a postsecondary institution will receive financial aid
10. 50% of participants enrolling in a postsecondary program will graduate within six year
