Our Mission Statement

The Upward Bound Program at the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University seeks to:

• Provide students with the opportunity to develop the motivation, skills and belief in their ability to succeed in high school, and a post-secondary program.
• Assist students to value themselves and the diversity of people and cultures different from their own.
• Provide an environment that promotes the development of values and attitudes conducive to productive citizenship and lifelong learning
• Expose students to experiences that broaden their understanding of and appreciation for the fine arts.
• Offer the experiences of community living to promote an increased respect for people and property.
