Cellular Phones and Other Smart Phone Devices

Employer Owned Cellular Phones and Smart Devices: Under certain limited circumstances, the College of Saint Benedict/Order of Saint Benedict may provide cellular phones and/or a smart phone, pocket pc, other smart devices to employees for business use. Smart phones are used to access email, contacts, calendar information, etc., remotely.

Before considering the purchase of business cellular devices, please read the current cellular phone policy. (Link will be available at future date.)

Employees of the Order of Saint Benedict who require standard cellular voice services only (for business purposes) please contact Tracey Birr in Voice Communications at 3482.

Employees of the College of Saint Benedict who require standard cellular voice services only (for business purposes) please contact Tracey Birr in the Telecommunications Office at 5566.

Employees of the College of Saint Benedict and Order of Saint Benedict who require voice and data cellular services (email, contacts, calendar, etc.), please contact Ann Alvord in IT Services at 2228.

Employee Owned Cellular Phones: Employees of the College of Saint Benedict/Order of Saint Benedict are eligible for discounts on their personal cellular service with a few of the cellular companies. Please follow the link below for details.
