Using your Communite´ Personal Folder

When you click on your Communite folder in your outlook folder list, a personal page with your mailbox attributes will appear.  It is within these pages that you can change parameters of your specific mailbox.  These parameters can also be changed when logging into your mailbox from at telephone.  The following parameters can be changed within these pages:

• Change your status
• Play your status to callers or when you log into your mailbox
• Change your passcode (password)
• Create Distributions Lists
• Modify your personal options such as messages played, the order messages are played in, the instructions length when accessing via a telephone.
