• Change Recorded Greeting      5-4-1
• Change Recorded name          5-4-5
• Change Passcode                  5-5-3
• Listen to New Messages         1-1
• Listen to Saved Messages      1-2
• Forward Message                  2
• Skip Messages                      3
• Send Voice mail                    4
• Delete Messages                   7
• Bypass a Greeting                 # #
• Turn Status Off                    5-5-4-5-2(recorded name before greeting)
• Turn Off Email Notification      5-5-4-6-3-2

Clearing Your Message Light

Reasons Your Message Light Stays On

• Listened to messages from home on your home computer.
• Clicked on the wave file rather than the green arrow when playing messages.
• Deleted a voicemail in Outlook without listening to it.  The deleted message is stored in your deleted items file. 
• Moving new messages to a folder without listening to them.

Ways to Clear Your Message Light

• Send yourself a test message.  Listen to it and delete it.
• Click on one of the last messages you received that you listened to elsewhere (if that is the case) and that should clear the light.
