YTM Youth Summer Institutes

Every year some of the best and brightest Catholic high school students from all over the country gather for two weeks of intensive spiritual growth at the Saint John's School of Theology and Seminary.  This past summer, nearly 100 high school students and their adult mentors came together for what youth now affectionately call, "God Camp."

Today, "God Camp" is helping change the way young Catholics think about their faith, through interaction with priests, religious, theology faculty, and undergraduate theology majors at YTM. 

YTM focuses on the following four components:

1. Theology
   Participate in theology classes and engage in interaction with priests, religious, theology faculty, and undergraduate theology majors
2. Prayer
   Experience a variety of prayer forms
3. Service/Justice
   Engage in service to the St. Cloud area and develop a service leadership project in your parish/school
4. Leadership  
   Participate in learning activities that promote the development of leadership skills

For: High School students who have completed 9th grade by June 2007.
