Youth Ministers

Adult Mentors

Youth ministers are invited to serve as adult mentors. At YTM, youth gain strategic planning leadership skills and apply them back in their parish. We invite youth ministers to become mentors to the youth who attend YTM. A few examples of YTM projects include: outreach to new immigrants, youth group leadership, leading catechetical sessions on Catholic Social Teaching, and Pro-life Welcome to my World baskets for new parents.

Adult mentors are invited to attend YTM sessions at Saint John’s. Housing and meals will be provided for a day or two at the YTM Summer Institute for youth ministers who have youth from their parish attend the summer institute.
