Welcome to Saint John's School of Theology and Seminary!  We look forward to you joining our school community in the very near future--a place of prayer in a community of learners--a place that prepares men and women to engage the world--a community of faith and hope in Jesus Christ.

Please find below a long list of resources for Student Services on campus.  We encourage you to follow the assorted links and learn about Saint John's, as well as attend to a number of details in advance of your arrival / the beginning of the Fall term.  If we can be of any assistance, please contact us!

 Confirmation of Registration and Campus Policies:

Many of the forms listed here are generated by the Univeristy offices and are collecting data for those offices.

This form is required by the REGISTRAR and SJU CAMPUS LIFE offices. 

Although some of the details may not pertain directly to graduate students, please complete this form.


Dining Services:

All students who have an on-campus class are assigned a 15-meal meal plan--

15 meals have been programmed into your ID card and charged to your  Student Account. 

All meals plans are are a descending balance/flexible plan.  Additional meals can be purchased directly from the SJU Dining Service, but only the initial meal plan can be charged to your Student Account. All meals plans expire at the end of each semester, so plan carefully for what you will actually use!

Change your meal plan:  increase your plan, or cancel your plan by September 9.  After this date--no refunds!


Dining Options:

SJU Refectory and Gorecki Dining offer the all-you-care-to-eat main dining on each campus.  for your meal "punch" you have access to many food stations including entrees, salad bar, dessert bar, beverages, and standard items like cereal, breads, and condiments.

SJU Sexton Commons Dining and CSB Good to Go and McGlynn's provide ala carte items, grab-and-go salads, sandwiches, fruit and groceries, and a daily fast food meal option for a meal "punch." 

The best value for your meal "punch' are the main dining rooms.

All students have a CSBSJU email account and all campus and class correspondence goes to this account.

Please log in as soon as possible; you may forward this to a home account if you wish.

You may remove yourself from some campus distribution lists --follow these instructions.


Health Insurance:

Health Insurance for domestic students in required by the Affordable Care Act. 

Any graduate students needing health insurance can get further information here;

The annual SAS premium is $1,738 for FY17. It can be billed to your Student Account.

Mail and Packages:

All School of Theology students have a mailbox at Emmaus Hall, room 021 (near the Emmaus Dining Room).

Check here for campus and USPO mail and UPS packages delivered to campus.

Outgoing mail service is available at the US Post Office in Guild Hall.

Parking Permits:

Resident and commuting students must have a parking permit, valid for a calendar year. 

A prorated rate is available for part-time students.  Order your parking sticker here!

This will be billed to your Student Account and delivered to you at Emmaus Hall.


 Student Accounts:

Check here for details on e-billing, payments, and setting up other authorized users to your account.

Please note:  account balances must be paid down before next-term registrations can be processed.

You will receive monthly statements and regular reminders on your CSBSJU email account.
