Dr. Changyue Luo

Dr. Changyue Luo is an assistant professor of Management at the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University. Originally from mainland China, Dr. Luo has a B.S degree in computer science and a Ph.D  in Business Administration from University of Minnesota. He is specialized in Operations Management and Technology Management. Currently Dr. Luo is an editorial board member of Production and Operations Management journal (www.poms.org).
