Banner Web Self Service Information

Banner Web Self Service is a secure part of the CSB/SJU homepage. It allows students to access personal information such as the Registrar’s Bulletin Board, Course Schedule, Financial Aid, and also their Personal Billing and Address Information. Returning students also register for courses on Webster.

To view your billing information, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on Links for Current Students listed on the homepage.
2. In the list of Academic Links, choose: Banner Web Self Service.
3. Once in Banner scroll down and click on Student Information.
4. Use Student Login, you will now need to enter your Student Banner ID number and your Webster Security Code (WSC). Your WSC is assigned by the Registrar. Please contact the registrar’s office with questions you may have regarding this code.
5. Re-enter your WSC.
6. From this screen, you can access the Billing Information menu. Click on the Billing Information menu.
7. The Billing Information gives you several choices:
• Billing Account Summary (all posted transactions). After you click on the account summary, select a term and then click on Select Term. You will see all of the posted account transactions for the term you selected.
• Personal Account Summary. After you click on personal account summary, select a term and then click on Select Term. You will see all of your posted personal account transactions for the term selected.
• Make a Payment on my Account.  You can follow the instructions to pay by credit card on our secure site.  You will receive confirmation that your payment was successful.
• Current SJU Telephone Detail. After you click on SJU telephone detail, select the current term and then click on Select Term.  You will see a detail of your latest telephone bill.
• Current SJU Bill. After you click on current SJU bill, select the given term, and click on Select Term.  You will see a copy of your last monthly billing.

In order to move from one menu selection to another, scroll down to the menu at the bottom of the page.

You also have an option to go to the following:

• Personal Data Menu  -  Address, Student Registration/Room Status, Registration Holds, Grades, Class Schedule, Transcripts and other information.
• Financial Aid Menu  - After you click on Financial Aid Menu, select Loan summary, or award, or student employment pay statement.
