Credit Card Payments

Instructions for making a billing account payment using a credit card.

Credit Card Payments

 

In Banner Web Self Service, Select Enter Secure Area

● Enter Banner ID # & WSC Code

● Login

● In Main Menu, Choose Student Services

● From this link, Choose Student Records & Account Information

● From this link, Choose either Account Summary by Term OR Account Summary

The Student’s Account Summary will appear.  Four options will be displayed on the bottom of this Screen, Choose [Credit Card Payment].

● In Registration Term, Select Term from drop-down box

● Submit

● Under Credit Card, the drop-down box gives the options of Visa or Master Card

● Enter the Credit Card Information (Card Number, Expiration Date, Payment Amount)

● Under the Credit Card Billing Address, the Student’s Permanent Address will be displayed automatically.   Make changes as needed

● Select, Submit Payment when finished

**If the Credit Card type and number do not match, an error message will occur.

The Credit Card Payment Verification screen will appear. If the Payment Details are correct, Select Okay to Submit Payment. If changes need to be made, Select Change Information.

The Credit Card Payment Status Screen will ask you to please wait while the transaction is processed. Once finished, a message will appear stating that your request has been approved.  Please PRINT this page to retain a receipt for your records.

To exit:            Select EXIT

To view payment:       Select RETURN TO MENU

                               Select Student Records

                                Select Account Summary OR Account Summary by Term

--The payment is automatically updated; it is indicated by Cash Transaction-Web Credit Card
