Refectory Renovations

Recently, the Saint John's Senate was graced with a presentation from Dave Schoenberg of Dining Services. Mr. Schoenberg's presentation included the newest plans for the renovation of the Refectory, which should be completed by Fall 2009. The new style aims to promote the perception of healthy, fresh, home-style service and preparation. Various stations will include salads, deli, ethnic, grill, home-style cooking, as well as beverages and desserts.
