General Information
Each student planning to live on campus the following year is required to pay an Advanced Room Payment to reserve their room. If this is paid and the student makes other plans before the final deadline to pay, the payment may be reimbursed, but if the student cancels after the deadline, there will be no refund. For more information, please see the letters to students and parents below.

SJU students are not allowed to construct lofts in any SJU residential area. The only lofts that will be allowed in the Residence Halls are the ones rented via Campus Lofts Inc. Please see their website for more information. School code = GEKA
