The Vincent Court apartments were designed by Lee Tollefson of the Rafferty Rafferty Tollefson architectural firm of Saint Paul and constructed between 1996 and 2007. The Vincent Court complex consists of nine (9) Shaker-style houses, most containing two six-person apartments.
Each apartment consists of six private rooms, with every three residents sharing a segmented bathroom - a shower room, a toilet room, and a sink area. The ground floor of each apartment has a half bath, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The apartments are fully carpeted, are air conditioned, and have their own washer and dryer.
The Vincent Court apartments are furnished with loft units constructed on campus in the Abbey Woodworking Shop.
