Maur House was designed (in conjunction with Placid House) by Lee Tollefson of the Rafferty Rafferty Tollefson Architectural firm of Saint Paul and was constructed in 2000-2001.  Configured in a row house style, each apartment houses six students in a private bedroom with private bath.

In addition to the private bedrooms and private bathrooms, each apartment includes a half bath on the ground floor, along with a kitchen, dining area, and living room.

All apartments are wired for voice/data/video and wireless, have a washer and dryer, and are air conditioned.
