The Metten Court Apartments were designed by Milo Thompson of the Bentz, Thompson, Rietow architecutal firm of Minnespolis and were constructed in 1991.  The apartments house four students, each in a private bedroom.  Each apartment also has its own kitchen, dining area, and living room.

The apartments are fully carpeted and air conditioned.  A laundry is also available to the residents.
