As a University Regent and chair of the Campaign for the 1990s, Bill worked hard to get others to follow his lead as a key Saint John's donor. Bill was the driving force over a 15-year period as the University dramatically increased funds for scholarships, endowed programs, faculty and staff development, scientific equipment and construction.
