Annual Fund Medallion Program

Saint John's University offers a medallion program to further recognize alumni, parents and friends for their support of the university's Annual Fund. Medallion program members contribute more than $2 million annually to Saint John's.

Program Membership

Associates are those alumni, parents, and friends who support the College or School of Theology Annual Fund with unrestricted gifts of $100 to $999 in a single campaign. 

Dean's Associate - Three giving level medallions for gifts of $100-$249
President's Associate - Three giving level medallions for gifts of $250-$499
Regents' Associate - Three giving level medallions for gifts of $500-$999

Fellows Society donors are those who contribute $1,000 or greater to the unrestricted Annual Fund.

Walter Reger Fellows Society - Three giving level medallions for gifts of $1,000-$2,499
Martin Schirber Fellows Society - Three giving level medallions for gifts of $2,500-$4,999
Virgil Michel Fellows Society - Three giving level medallions for gifts of $5,000-$9,999
Donald Lemay Fellows Society - Three giving level medallions for gifts of $10,000-$24,999
Don Talafous Fellows Society - Complete collection of Fellows medallions for a gift of $25,000 and above,

Program Facts

  • Membership is for the campaign year in which gifts are made (July 1 - June 30).
  • Medallions corresponding to a gift level equal to or below the campaign year contribution are offered.  A stand or plaque appropriate to the gift level is also available.
  • Gifts and paid pledges to the Annual Fund by check, credit card, Automated Gift Plan, or stock transfer are all included.
  • Unrestricted matching gift dollars received by the university during the same campaign year are combined with personal gifts to determine membership level.
  • Gifts to the college and gifts to the School of Theology/Seminary cannot be combined.
  • Medallions are not automatically sent for the membership level.  Select the medallion when you make your annual gift. Fill in the medallion order form on the pledge or remittance card or leave it blank.
