McCutcheon '74 Addresses SJU Graduates
05/13/12 - Musician and composer John McCutcheon inspired 451 members of the SJU Class of 2012 in both word and song at commencement ceremonies on May 12. Described by Johnny Cash as “the most impressive instrumentalist I’ve ever heard,” McCutcheon received an honorary doctorate from Saint John’s.

Mat Kearney Song Inspired by CSB/SJU
05/11/12 - After performing an acoustic show at 12 Pines (formerly Pinestock), Mat Kearney penned a new song, “Bennie and Johnnie.” The song was inspired by his experience on campus which he described as “the most energetic acoustic show I have ever played.”
