How are mail boxes assigned?

Box numbers are assigned by Computing Services in early August to all first-year students and transfer students who are in current enrollment status. New incoming students who register after this assignment has been completed will be assigned a box manually by Mail Services. Box number and combinations will be printed on the student’s class schedule, which he receives during final registration. The Campus Mail Center will have on hand a complete listing of all box assignments and combinations. A picture ID is required to obtain combinations.

How should student mail be addressed?

All Saint John’s student mail is delivered to the student’s BOX, not the residence hall room. DO NOT address mail to the student’s residence hall room; it will be delivered, but could be delayed. Notices will be given for items too large for the mailbox. Students may pick up these items at the Campus Mail Center during regular office hours. A picture ID and signature is required.

Mail sent through the U.S. Post Office should be addressed:
